Big J’s Papaya Hot Pepper Tonic

This hot pepper sauce is a natural tenderizer for meat or chicken.  Use as a marinade along with Olive Oil and vinegar or apply to chicken or fish tacos for an added kick.  Also can add a few drops to your traditional BBQ sauce and baste as you grill. Papaya grown in the Bahamas, and blended with Island spices.
